Tomee Call
Cardio Fit

If you like Zumba, you’ll love Cardio Fit Club!
For 19 years, I’ve been fueled by the energy of group fitness, and I’ve loved every single minute of it! My passion for growth extends beyond the studio; for two decades, I’ve been a high school educator, teaching everything from psychology and leadership, health and marketing to the art of hiking. I still wake up every day excited to move, learn, and share that spark with others.
When I’m off the clock, I’m usually chasing adventure—whether I'm backpacking into the wild, traveling to new places, or losing myself to the rhythm of Latin dancing. As a lover of Mother Nature, a dedicated reader, and a forever-curious soul, I find inspiration in every corner of the world.
I can’t wait to see you in class—let’s goooo!

Bonnie Anderson
TRX
TRX YOGA

Meet Bonnie: a powerhouse instructor who discovered her passion and love for the "all core all the time" TRX philosophy five years ago. She loved the versatility of the straps and the ability to modify for anyone who wants to try it out. As a mother of seven, she utilized the versatile, adjustable straps to rebuild her core strength, later earning her TRX Yoga certification to bring a new, innovative flow to her clients. Bonnie is all about building a supportive community, empowering people to tackle tough, transformative workouts. When she isn't strengthening bodies, she is teaching teens cooking, sewing, life skills and coaching track at Farmington Junior High.
She loves having a gym community that is more than just a class to attend every week, but a group of friends who motivate each other. She also likes to run, hike, bike, and travel with her family. Doing hard things is what keeps her waking up every morning.

Paige Wood
Kid Room Staff Director

Paige loves being a big sister and coaching Colorguard at Centennial Jr. High. She also works at Championship Martial Arts as an Account Specialist and is training to become a stuntwoman. Paige has her CPR certification and has received lots of training and experience watching babies at Vasa's KidCare.
She'll be there Monday to Friday for the 9:30 am classes to look after kids ages 6 weeks to 2 years.

Amber Wood
AFAA Group Fitness Certified
Director

Amber's philosophy centers around the four pillars of fitness: strength, endurance, stability, and flexibility. She believes that true fitness is not just about physical strength, but also about resilience and emotional balance. With certifications in various fitness disciplines, Amber tries to tailor each workout to ensure it meets the needs of the members, making sure everyone feels empowered to achieve their personal goals.
When she’s not leading the classroom, she’s mastering the art of multitasking: crushing her own training, managing the '4 P's' (her four kids), and perfecting the science of sourdough. For her, high-level coaching and high-energy home life go hand-in-hand.
