Barre Forte & Barre Forte Express
Our signature, 60-minute Barre Forte class follows the foundational principles of barre by isolating, overloading, and stretching each muscle group one by one, resulting in improved strength, posture, and balance. Not only will barre transform your body, but this low impact workout is also a popular cross-training option to prevent injury and improve performance. Small movements, light weights, and high repetitions all make for a great full body workout with a focus on muscle fatigue for increased muscle endurance.

TransformHER Pilates
High energy and musically-driven, this 45-minute Pilates and Lagree-based class uses slow, controlled movements to keep your muscles activated and under tension for the ultimate full-body workout. While low impact, this class is high intensity and increases muscle strength, improves flexibility and posture, and challenges your cardiovascular system. Utilizing Heroboards, the most functional moving exercise platform on the market, this class makes your favorite Pilates and Lagree exercises even more accessible, removing bulky, intimidating machines.

TRX
A TRX class is a high-intensity, instructor-led, full-body workout using suspended, adjustable straps to leverage body weight and gravity for resistance. It builds strength, core stability, balance, and flexibility by creating an unstable environment that forces constant core engagement. Suitable for all fitness levels, exercises are easily modified by adjusting body angle.

ClubFit Cardio
Club Fit Cardio is a high-energy dance fitness class designed for all levels. We move to pop, hip hop, Latin pop, salsa, merengue, cumbia, bachata, Bollywood, and more—bringing the club vibe to your workout! The focus is cardio with a splash of toning, but most importantly, it’s about letting loose, feeling confident, and having fun. Come shine, get a little sassy, and sweat it out with friends in a safe, empowering space.

Sculpt Forte
In this 45-minute, high energy, heart pumping, strength and resistance-focused workout, you will use a mix of heavy weights, body weight, and full range, combination movements to strengthen all major muscle groups.

Stretch and Flow Yoga
A Stretch and Flow yoga class (often referred to as Slow Flow, Gentle Flow, or Flow & Restore) is a, intentional,, and slower-paced yoga session designed to combine the mobility benefits of a vinyasa "flow" with the deep, restorative benefits of holding stretches. Unlike high-energy Power Yoga or fast-paced Vinyasa, this class focuses on connecting movement with breath, holding poses longer, and easing muscle tension rather than intense, rapid cardio.
